I wanted to love this place, I really did. Sushi was solid, but the service was below par. The waitress was a bit rude. Having lived in Japan before, my wife and I are always excited when we go to Japanese restaurants!!! Service: The server acted as if we were bothing her with each order we put in. We expected better service and hospitality. I haven’t given a low tip like that since high school (12%). Food: Miso soup was ok. The vegetables for the side were more like a Chinese side, I’ve never seen that in Japan. Sushi was solid. Tonkatsu was a bit dry and the salad was ok. I suggest doing the all you can eat lunch, I think that’s what this place has going for them. If I go back to that area, I might visit again for another try.

Saw this place on a TikTok or Instagram reel, can’t remember which, for their Happy Hour Specials and figured we should try it out. Now I will say being from CA & HI I hold pretty high standards for Asian foods of all varieties and the food was pretty decent. The pork katsu I tried a piece of was very dry, tough and really had no flavor. I’m not expecting the world for $14.99 for the Happy Hour sushi special with one roll and two appetizers and drink because that is a killer deal. Everything I had was good. Which was the vegetable spring rolls, veggie tempura and shrimp tempura roll. All basic and good. Only thing was that the tempura was a tad undercooked on a couple vegetables. But still decent honestly you get a lot of food for $14.99. The ambiance was nice. The restaurant had a large group come in with at least 6-8 kids under the age of 6 it looked like and I was expecting the worst, which wasn’t anything on the restaurants part anyways, but everyone was well mannered and pleasant. The waitress could have been new or maybe just very inattentive but we never got asked for refills on our drinks. Even the water. Never were checked on after our food was brought. I had to ask

I'm a bit of a sushi snob and this place is my favorite by far! Their menu is diverse and has way more options than it's competitors and everything is extraordinarily fresh and plated presentations have a style that you won't find anywhere else in Pensacola. I really enjoyed the golden point, tuna lovers and their Ramen was scrumptious. That being said I feel pretty confident everything on the menu packs a flavor punch

this is literally the only good restaurant in Pensacola for sushi im ngl and ive been to all of them. I go here regularly and the service is exceptional every time. QUALITY fish. HUGE sashimi cuts. The host that sat me down (dude with the tattoo sleeve) was even refilling my drinks and taking my dirty plates. Also, shout out to the chef with the LA Dodgers hat cutting up my sushi - bro was in that flow state and was fast wid it. A true sushi artisan, if I may say. ごちそうさまでした!

It is very rare To go out anymore and not have TVs in the restaurant or music playing this place was very family oriented and you could tell that they were focusing on family socializing. There were no distractions. It did take a little bit to get our food but out of every sushi establishment, I have tried in the area. This was by far the best quality and freshest sushi I have had I highly recommend it to people that appreciate good sashimi.
